When a visitor to your website mouses over the hyperlink, an in-line advertising window is launched to display information about the advertiser’s product or service. For partners who want to avoid obnoxious and unwanted advertising, LinkWords is the perfect solution.

Blogging for Profit - Begins With a Long Term Plan

Many people dream of blogging for profit, and this objective is not far outside the reach of someone with average intelligence, a willingness to work hard, and a fundamental understanding of blogging technology. But few people know how to benefit from the profits they want on their blog. Most people who try to earn money with their blogs do not succeed for two reasons. Often bloggers have unrealistic expectations of their readers how quickly will grow and how much money they will make, and when these expectations are not met the disappointment can crush the desire to continue blogging. The other pitfall that many bloggers are in has to do with lack of planning. If you want to turn a profit as a blogger, the key to success is to provide a realistic plan and stick to.

But cultivating the regular visitors you will need to make profits is not easy. Of course, even if you are a marketing genius or a really great idea for a blog, success will not come overnight. The construction of the kind of readers that blogging for profit requires takes time, and in all likelihood it will be at least several months before you are able to much of the profits. Earn money with blog blogging

There are several forms of advertising that can be used to earn money from your website. If your site has many visitors, it can be very worthwhile discreetly using integrated advertising of "revenue" of your website content.

There are 3 levels of advertising: Pay-per-impression (CPM), pay-per-click (CPC) and pay-per-action (CPA, CPL, CPS).

Pay-per-impression you pay a certain amount for every 1000 times an ad is displayed for visitors to the site. The payout is low, but you can be sure a certain level of return - based on the number of visits your site receives each month. Also known as CPM (cost per 1000)

Pay-per-click, you pay a certain amount each time someone clicks an ad on your site. The payout is higher than pay-per-impression, but you do not know exactly how many visitors actually click on the ads. The more relevant ads to the page content, the greater the chance that the visitor is to click on an ad.

Also known as CPC (Cost per click) Pay-per-action has the highest payout, but you only get paid if the visitor you refer goes on to perform a number of predefined measures such as placing a order on the site. Unless the ads you server are very closely related to the topic of your website, the chances of this happening are quite slim, so you should have a very high level of traffic (visitors) to this worthwhile. Also known as CPA (Cost per Action), which in turn can be divided into CPL (Cost per lead) and CPS (Cost per sale).

On balance, pay-per-click is probably the easiest way to start earning money from your website quickly. You will not be rich, but everything helps!
A very quick and easy way to earn money through relevant ads, it is enormously popular Google AdWords program. You only need to sign up for an AdSense account, gives you some basic information about your site and Google some code for you. Place the code on your site to start earning money every time someone clicks on the ads.

The good thing about AdWords is that the ads are shown, are automatically selected to be relevant to the content of the page that appears. This makes the ads much more appeal to your site visitors. The disadvantage is that the payout is not so high - usually only one to a few U.S. cents per click.

Another alternative is the use of an advertising agency. The principle is similar to AdWords, but you choose specific ads from a range of you, instead the ads are automatically generated depending on the content of the page. The payout per click is generally higher than those of Google, but the range of advertising and its importance is more limited, so your CTR (click through rate - ratio of clicks to visitors) would lower can fall out.

If you think individual affiliate programs with a high degree of relevance to your site, this could lead to an impressive stream of income. For example, if visitors to your site are interested in Joomla, you could try a system like the Rocket Theme template club, or Magazine.

The way blogger earn money from blogging

Advertising Programs
Perhaps the most striking changes in recent months with the addition of a large number of viable advertising options for bloggers looking for money from their blogs. The most common way bloggers seem to earn money online via the contextual ads from Google program - AdSense. A more recent addition that many uses of his success Chitika's eMiniMalls and WidgetBucks, Text Link Ads.
Azoogle ads, intelligent txt, DoubleClick, Tribal Fusion, Adbrite Clicksor AdHearUs, Kanoodle, Pheedo, TextAds, Bidvertiser, Fastclick and Value Click (to name but a few of the options) and there is a smorgasbord of options. Of course there is more to come with MSN AdCenter and YPN both in beta testing and with a variety of other advertising system currently under development (YPN is only available for U.S. publishers).

BlogAds
one of the first blog specific ad networks.
RSS Advertising - Over the past 12 months have seen some progress in the field of RSS Advertising.

Sponsorship
In addition to the range of advertising programs that are available to join, there is a growing awareness in the business of the value and opportunity that exists for them to advertise directly on blogs. Many blogs exploring sponsorship with advertisers at this time and suspect more of these in the coming years. Sponsorship is also happens to a message by post basis with a number of bloggers paid to write about certain subjects by companies - either in an off or a regular way - and they are able to much money from their blogs.

Partner Programs
There are more affiliate programs like Amazon, LinkShare, Clickbank and Commission Junction, but also literally thousands of others from the large to very small businesses.

Digital Assets
More and more bloggers are the development of other digital assets to support and add revenue streams to their blogs such as e-books, courses and tele-seminars, organized by bloggers.

Blog Network opportunities
With the rise in popularity of Blog Networks - bloggers are also being presented with more places to earn an income from their blogging - by writing for and with others. While it may be difficult for a written action by one of the larger networks - there are plenty who are always asking for new bloggers to participate and who are willing to pay bloggers using a variety of payment models. There are several advantages of blogging for yourself - blogging for a network that will provide a large part of the set-up / promotion / admin / SEO etc has it's also benefits. More and more bloggers are a combination of writing for themselves on their own blogs to take blog network blogs as additional income to tackle.

Blog Business Writing opportunities
As blogging has risen in it's profile as a medium more and more companies start blogs. Many of these companies have internal staff take on tasks blogging - but an increasing number of them are hiring specialist bloggers to come and on their blogs. Number of bloggers who in the past month or two have been approached for such paid work. See Bloggers for Hire as you're looking for this kind of work.

Non blogging Writing Opportunities
Also increasingly be hired bloggers to write in non blogging mediums. Manolo's recent coup of a column in the Washington Post is just one example of this as bloggers are increasingly being approached to write for newspapers, magazines and other non-blog sites. Along this side is the emergence of bloggers as published book authors.

Donations
Tip Jars and donation buttons are a part of blogging for years, but last year saw a number of bloggers go full time after the fundraising drives. Perhaps the most high profile of these was Jason Kottke of kottke.org provided by the generosity of its readers was able to stop his work and become a full-time blogger.

Invert Blogs
Even more prevalent in 2005 was the practice of "Blog Flipping" - or the sale of blogs. This is done both on an individual level blog (It's about 20 blogs that sold this year) but also on a network level (the most obvious of these figure 8, the sale of Weblogs Inc. to AOL).

Merchandising
A growing number of bloggers are trying to take a few extra dollars from their blogs by selling branded through programmes such as Cafepress. Quite a few more blogs are considerable sales - especially blogs with a cult following. As know of a blog that largish sees the sale of more than $ 20000 in merchandise for the calendar year 2005.

Consulting and Speaking
Although it is popular for established consultants to add to their blogs companies we also re starting to see bloggers without consulting background in a position to make money by charging readers for their time in consultation with scenarios as a result of the profile that their blogs have built them. Blogging is the ability for people as experts in the field of niche topics, and we all know that the value is seen as an expert. I talked to a blogger last month which cost itself at more than $ 200 for an hour speaking and consulting work - his discipline was something that he knew little about 18 months ago - but through his blog he's to a leader in his field and a minor celebrity in his sector.

Effective method to get comment on your blog

Most of the blogger are looking for more comment on their blog but they finally fail to acheive their target. I would like to share some idea with you to get more comments from your visitor.

Comment on blogs similar to mine
Since I am generally interested in webmaster and blogging subjects, commenting on blogs similar to this subject was just very natural and easy for me. I could easily read the articles, actually learn something, and have a useful comment to share. I typically try to only comment if I have something to add to the conversation and this hopefully will show that I am genueaily interested. Bloggers have a very unique radar that can track down people commenting just for commenting sake!

Comment on blogs that started when I started
I don’t know if I did this on purpose, but I defiatnly was very drawn to bloggers who started when I did and who had similar goals to me. Not only was I able to learn a lot by their own trial and errors they were posting about, but I could in exchange share my own knowledge with them. This helped create friendships in the blogsphere and mutual interest in each others new blogs. I still enjoy discovering new blogs and sharing information.

Starting friendships and creating a community
The blogsphere is not like any other community on the Internet. It is very unique in all aspects and you need to be a blogger (past or present) in order to understand what other bloggers are going through. By starting friendships with other bloggers, my blog starting to turn more into a community where other bloggers knew each other and commenting was just like a continued conversation from each others blogs.

Visiting and commenting on my commentors blogs
I enjoy visiting my commentors blogs and leaving comments. I have even subscribe to my commentors RSS feeds, infact 75% of the blogs I’m subscrirbed to happen to be from my commentors. I really do enjoy visiting other blogs where I know the blogger and that the blogger is also interested in what I have to say. I guess in exchange I attract other bloggers who are similar to me in this way. My biggest hurdle now is trying to keep up with visiting my commentors blogs because my comments have kept increasing making this a little more difficult to keep up with.

Answer my own commentors
When I started to get comments on my blog, I was estatic and I started to respond to my commentors on a regular basis. At first it seems a little dopey to say thanks, but once you get into it you will find you have a lot more to say and continue to share more information you may have not included in your post. This also will help continue the conversation and hopefully your commentors will provide their own knowledge too. There is a movement started by Baron Brown, Mark, and Mike called “You Comment, I Reply” which encourages bloggers to talk to their commentors.

List my top commentors on my sidebar
Along with listing my top 10 commentors on my sidebar, I also list the 5 most recent comments on my blog too. Both of these help commentors get a little link love and I often use it to see what conversations are going on in my own blog. A few of my commentors have mentioned getting quite a few visitors from being in the list, so I’m glad it is working out for some of you.

Feature my top commentors
Many of the blogs I visited would feature their top commentors weekly or monthly. I loved this idea because it gave me a chance to give back to my top commentors. I even further decided to start stumbling my top commentors too based off of Pure Blogging’s top commenter post too. This has been well received and my top commentors certainly have been loving my weekly Jar Full of Link posts.

Removing the No-follow tag on my commentors link
Once I discovered that there was a no-follow tag on my commentors link, I quickly removed it with a WordPress plugin. If you comment on my blog, why not get a linkback to your website for search engines too! A lot of people are worried about getting more spam by removing the no-follow tag, but honestly I haven’t had too much of a problem because I approve all first time commentors. Maintenance on my comments has been very minimal.

Comments attract more comments
Once I started to get regular comments on my blog, the comments just kept on coming. I am very appreciative to all my commentors and I thank each of you for taking the time out to comment on my blog. The one downside to attracting more and more comments is that I’m not able to get to know all of my commentors and visitors as well as I used to. But the knowledge that is shared through comments cannot be beat on any other platform!

Finally, Do not be spammer and take control of your blog away from spammer is also very important. Maintain the content quuality is the wat toward succeess.
